There is a basic FIVE step process to follow to build your custom home and acquire a lifestyle at Kuwili Lani.

  • Step One: Choose your preferred lot and contact the realtor for more information.
  • Step Two: Choose an architect / house plan provider and establish your floor plans and landscape layout.
  • Step Three: Contact our Design Review Guidelines Coordinator.
  • Step Four: Go through your builder or contact one of the contractors on our Contractors Resource List below.
  • Step Five: Either the lot purchaser or their architect can contact the County of Hawaii for information regarding the permitting process.
